Before you write
- Product bugs: note your browser version, operating system, and a minimal sample file type (not necessarily the confidential document itself).
- Privacy: we do not need your files emailed for troubleshooting the open-source workflow. Describe the issue in words.
- Legal / DMCA: contact the legal or abuse address for the domain that hosts this instance; open-source contributors cannot remove content from domains they do not control.
Enterprise & self-hosting
Organizations often self-host File Utils inside a VPN so employees get the same merge, split, and conversion features without uploading to a third-party SaaS. If you need procurement paperwork, SLAs, or custom branding, contact whoever operates your deployment, or your internal platform team if this is an internal fork.
