How to reorder PDF pages before exporting
Use the PDF Page Editor to see every page, drag thumbnails into the order you need, and export a new PDF, without uploading files to a server.
PDF Page Editor
The PDF Page Editor presents a visual grid (or list) of all pages in your document so you can rearrange them before creating a new PDF. It bridges the gap between “merge whole files” and “split into many files.”
Workflow
- Open PDF Page Editor.
- Upload the PDF you want to reorganize.
- When thumbnails load, drag pages to their new positions. Put cover pages first, move signatures last, or group related appendices.
- Export or download the reordered PDF. The original file on disk is unchanged unless you overwrite it manually.
When to use it
- Presentations exported in the wrong slide order.
- Signed forms where exhibits must follow a compliance sequence.
- Removing clutter is better handled by deleting pages in a dedicated tool if your app supports it; this editor focuses on order.
Performance
Very large PDFs (hundreds of pages) need more RAM in the browser. Work in chunks if the tab becomes sluggish, or merge subsets with PDF Merger.
